Incorporated in 2020 as landlords ourselves with over 20 years experience; Jack & Rita Clemie in partnership with James McKelvie setup Hive pulling together the vision we had from all those years ago working in the Corporate World – a one stop shop for tenants and landlords.

Our founding principle at Hive is to treat all properties like they were our own, by doing so we are able to achieve the very highest standards.

The Hive Property Group merges an extensive property portfolio with some of the best managers in the business creating the largest HMO management firm within the region.

Located in the spa town of Harrogate, Hive has developed to offering a diverse range of services and to providing quality accommodation to hundreds of happy tenants.

All buildings with servicing contracts are fully supported by our maintenance team.
